Lavender is one of the most well-known herbs on earth. It has a long history of use in Europe, North America, and other parts of the world.
Lavender contains linalool, borneol, camphor, geraniol, coumarins, caryophyllene, and other terpenes. It is most often steeped in tea, but it can also be burned as incense or smoked.
Lavender is very non-toxic and combines well with other herbs, a good starting dose seems to be about 1-2 pinches of flowers.
