***This listing is for 1oz of dried petals***
Country of origin: Pakistan
These petals are derived from the rose species Rosa centifolia. Roses have a long history of use around the world as both food and medicine. They are associated with love and romance throughout history, and have been highly prized in trade for thousands of years.
Roses contain vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene, lycopene, flavonoids, and polyphenols.
Dried rose petals are most often used in tea, but also work well in crafts, soaps, etc. A good starting dose seems to be 1-3 tsp.
